eZall Donation Guidelines
Our mission at eZall is to care for the world we live
in, from our environmentally sound products to the
ways we give back to society.
We are proud to share our commitment to the animal
industry and the many opportunities for students we can create
together. Our support will be directed to programs and
organizations that support healthy active living, with specific emphasis on youth and their families
in the animal industries. We will focus on areas where we feel we can make meaningful impact
and where we have a significant presence.
Guidelines
Although most requests are worthy we are only able to support a limited number of all the
initiatives that are within our focus. Applications will be evaluated against predetermined criteria
and with due regard to the value of the request. Requests should be short and submitted in
written form. They should include the following:
- Name, address, telephone number, email of organization and contact person
- An outline of the project or event(s) for which eZall is being requested to participate and the expected outcome.
- The amount being requested, with a total budget or projected cost of the event.
- A list of all project contributors or partners, particularly companies.
- Plan for program evaluation and measurement.
- Information and commitments that will meet the criteria listed above.
To qualify for support and to assist with processing, applications should be submitted at least 90
Days prior to the scheduled project or event.
In-kind Donations
Requirement: A recognized non-profit (501c 3) organization that can demonstrate youth
development and community support in the animal industry.
- Recipient provides:
- Exclusive promotion of eZall as grooming products
- eZall logo branding on clothing, trailers, stalls, arenas, etc
- Exposure on event print and web media advertising
- Advance notice of all engagements and opportunities for product sales
- eZall provides matching value in:
- Free product for each product purchased at a special discounted price
- High resolution art work for branding applications
- Vinyl banners and necessary decals for branding
Non-profit 501(c)3 Affiliate program - designates a percentage of the cash value of web
purchases made at eZall.com is refunded to a designated chapter, club, or group. These funds
may only be used to support opportunities for youth (camps, conventions, seminars etc) and not
for operations, purchases, or awards.
In special circumstances corporation staff responsible for administering this policy can waive any
or all of the above requirements in the best interests of the parties concerned.
